Welcome to The Bagh Garh Resort… The Bagh Garh Resort is proudly owned and operated under the legal corporate identity of Aura Resorts & Hotels (GSTIN: 08ARFPP2613Q1ZC).

1. Reservation Policy

• All bookings are subject to room availability and confirmation from The Bagh Garh Resort.
•  Reservation confirmation is considered valid only after successful payment or advance confirmation from the resort team.
•  Booking details including guest name, check-in/check-out date, number of rooms, and package details must be verified by the guest before confirmation.

2. Check-In & Check-Out Policy

• Standard Check-In Time: 12:00 PM
•  Standard Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to room availability and may attract additional charges.

3. Guest Identification

• All adult guests must present a valid Government-approved Photo Identity Card at the time of check-in.
•  The resort reserves the right to deny check-in in case valid ID proof is not provided.

4. Payment Policy

• Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm bookings.
• Payments may be accepted through bank transfer, online transfer, UPI, payment gateway, or other approved payment methods.
• Room tariffs are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as mentioned at the time of booking confirmation.
• GST charges shall be applicable as per Government norms.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Reservations cancelled within 7 days prior to the check-in date may be treated as non-refundable.
• No refund will be applicable for no-shows, early departures, or unused services.
• Any refund, if approved by management under special circumstances, will be processed within 7–10 working days.

6. Room Occupancy Policy

• Room occupancy is allowed only as per the booking confirmation.
• Additional guests or extra bedding requests are subject to availability and extra charges.
• Meal plans and inclusions are applicable only as mentioned in the confirmed booking voucher.

7. Resort Rules & Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to maintain proper conduct and respect resort property during their stay.
• Any damage caused to resort property by guests shall be chargeable.
• Illegal activities, loud disturbances, or misconduct may result in immediate cancellation of stay without refund.

8. Booking Confirmation Voucher

• Reservation confirmation vouchers generated by The Bagh Garh Resort are computer-generated documents and do not require signatures.
• Guests are advised to carefully review all booking details upon receiving the confirmation voucher.

 9. Website & Pricing Disclaimer

• Prices, offers, room categories, and packages displayed on the website are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
• Images shown on the website are for representation purposes only and actual room views/interiors may vary slightly.

10. Liability

•  The Bagh Garh Resort shall not be responsible for loss of personal belongings, delays caused by natural events, transportation issues, wildlife movement restrictions, government regulations, or circumstances beyond management control.

• The Bagh Garh Resort reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
