Welcome to Bagh Garh Resort, owned and operated by Aura Resorts & Hotels (GSTIN: 08ARFPP2613Q1ZC). By making a reservation or staying at our resort, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

1. Booking Terms

• Reservations can be made through our official website, telephone, email, authorised travel partners, or approved online booking platforms.
• A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the applicable advance payment and confirmation from the resort.
• Guests are responsible for providing accurate personal and contact information during the booking process.
• Room availability is subject to confirmation and may vary depending on occupancy.

2. Check-in & Check-out

• Standard Check-In Time: 12:00 PM
•  Standard Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to room availability and may attract additional charges.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation requests must be submitted through the same booking channel used for the reservation.
• Refund eligibility, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy applicable at the time of booking.
• Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method and banking procedures.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows, early departures, or unused services unless otherwise specified in writing.
• Bookings made through third-party travel portals are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective platform.

4. Payment Terms

• The resort reserves the right to request an advance payment to confirm bookings.
• The balance amount, if any, must be paid at the time of check-in unless otherwise agreed.
• Payments may be made using accepted online payment methods, bank transfer, or other approved payment options.
• All applicable taxes and government charges shall be charged as per prevailing laws.

5. Child Policy

• Children below the age specified in the applicable booking policy may stay free when sharing existing bedding with their parents or guardians.
• Additional bedding or extra mattresses, where available, may attract additional charges.
• Guests are responsible for the supervision and safety of children during their stay.

6. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to:

• Respect fellow guests and resort staff.
• Maintain the cleanliness and condition of resort property.
• Avoid damaging resort facilities or furnishings.
• Follow all safety instructions and resort policies.
• Comply with applicable local laws and regulations.

The resort reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay in the event of inappropriate behaviour, illegal activities, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

7. Force Majeure

Bagh Garh Resort shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or failure to provide services resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, civil disturbances, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

8. Safari Booking Disclaimer

Bagh Garh Resort is not an authorised safari booking centre or a government-operated booking agency. We only provide assistance with Jeep and Canter safari bookings through official government channels or authorised operators, subject to availability and applicable regulations.

Safari permits, vehicle allocation, timings, entry fees, and wildlife sightings are managed by the concerned authorities. Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed.

9. Limitation of Liability

• While reasonable care is taken to ensure guest safety and comfort, Bagh Garh Resort shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage to personal belongings, injury, accident, or inconvenience arising during the guest’s stay, except where required by applicable law.
• Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal valuables.
• The resort’s liability, where applicable, shall be limited to the extent permitted under the laws of India.

10. Changes to These Terms

Bagh Garh Resort reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective upon publication on the official website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services or bookings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan.
